Roles and permissions
Each person at your company has one of four roles. The role decides what they can change.
The four roles
- Owner: the main account holder. Can do everything.
- Admin: can do everything an owner can day to day, including managing users and settings.
- Estimator: works the jobs. Can change status, add notes and record bid results.
- Viewer: can look at everything but not change jobs. The morning digest starts off for viewers. They can turn it on.

Change someone’s role
