Admin (owners and admins)

These are the public bid sites BidTroller checks for your company.

• Add a site: give the address of a city, county, school district or other bid page you want checked.
• Turn a site off if it never has work for you. You can turn it back on later.
• Run now to check a site right away instead of waiting for the next regular check.
• Health shows when each site was last checked and whether the check worked.

Keywords help BidTroller decide which listings are fence work.

• Add words and phrases your company bids on, like “chain link”, “ornamental” or “gate operator”.
• Give a word more or less weight. Strong words count for more when BidTroller decides if a listing is fence work.
• Add negative words to keep out noise. Negative words, like “firewall”, point away from fence work.

• Set a radius in miles around each of your offices. Jobs inside it get the Within our normal service area flag, and jobs outside get the red one.
• Pick the states you work in.
• Include or leave out single counties, for when a radius doesn’t match where you really go.

• Invite a teammate by email and choose their role. They sign in with an emailed code, so there is no password to send.
• Change a person’s role, or remove their access when they leave.
